Brand new here and my German ist nicht so gut aber hopefully someone can help. I am searching for powdered eggs or Eiweisspulver here in Germany. I need it for a sugar glaze for cookies.....anyone have any ideas?

I love your cake work...are you making them here in Germany? I used to work with fondant back in the States. I have been wondering what the reaction is to fondant and colored cakes to the German taste buds?......Can I ask what fondants you recommend?

Dr. Oetker has different products in England than in Germany, they bought into or bought out a UK company a couple of years back, but I forgot which one, sorry

You might find UK shops cheaper, despite the shipping costs,which are really not too much, and you can usually see how much before sending your order. I'm not sure, but I believe Tortissimo has a minimum amount you have to order for.

I was wonder if anyone has used Dr. Oetker's Fix and Gertig Zuckerguss and or the Zucker glur that you find the gocery stores. Was there much success with these products in your sugar work?
